Resurrecting a Legacy
From the skeleton of an historic Chicago sewing factory, came an idea for a high-end condo development on Chicago's west side. Froeter Design picked up on the historical asset and created a unique differentiation from all the other developments in the construction boom. The website coordinated the naming and brand elements we created, to allow viewers a look at the space, and prime location of the development.
