The merger of two financial titans with dramatically different cultures called for an operator's manual. Froeter Design worked closely with the corporate communications department of JPMorgan Chase to create the "Little Blue Book". On day one of the newly formed company, each employee walked in to find this brand book on their desk. It was so well received that Jack Welch even talks about it in his book "Winning".
